Select an hour in the grid to see it here, then save it as an event. There is no hour when everyone is in working hours. The best compromises are listed below.

Best times

No suitable hours on this day. Try a weekday or wider working hours.

Planning across time zones

Green hours are inside working hours, amber hours are the two hours either side of the working day, and grey hours are night time or the weekend. The first city sets the day shown, so put the organiser first.

Questions and answers

How does the meeting planner choose the best time?

Every hour of the day is scored by how many cities are inside their working hours. Hours in the early morning or evening count for less, and night hours count for nothing. The hours with the highest score are listed first.

Can I change the working hours?

Yes. Set the start and end of the working day. The same hours apply to every city, in each city’s own local time.

What if there is no time when everyone is working?

The planner then suggests the hours with the most people at work and marks who would be early or late, so you can pick the fairest compromise.
